		<description>Its one of those interesting ideas that might encourage people to find new blogs.
At the sametime it raises up all the same issues about rights management that people have about flickr API for example.
If people don't want to have their photos shown up in Blogger Play, they have to take their blog from blogger's listings all together, which makes people less likely to find other peoples blogs.

Since majority of people seem to  ignore all privacy and rights management related issues, I am guessing that this will have positive effect on blogspot.com's popularity as blog hosting service.</description>
